หัวฉีดจารบีแรงดันสูง (HIGH PRESSURE GREASE INJECTOR)

• ใช้เพื่อเติมจารบีหล่อลื่นกับเครื่องจักร หรือรถพาหนะ สะดวกต่อการใช้งาน 
• ตัวปั๊มทำงานด้วยระบบลม ใช้ร่วมกับปั๊มลมที่มีขนาดถังลม 50 ลิตรขึ้นไป
• ความจุถังอัดจารบี 12 ลิตร
• Use additional grease for lubrication with machines or vehicles, convenient to use
• The pump works with a pneumatic system. Use with air compressor size 50 liters or more.
• Tank capacity 12 liters

รายละเอียด(Specification)

เหมาะสำหรับ (Suitable for)

• ยืดอายุการเสียดสีของชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์หนัก มีการใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายในรถยนต์ รถแทรกเตอร์ การฉีดจาระบีสำหรับเครื่องจักรไดนามิก
• Prolong the friction parts of heavy vehicle’s working life. It is widely used in automobile, tractors, dynamic machines grease injection aspects

การติดตั้ง (Installation)

• นำจาระบีใส่ลงไปใน ถังอัดจารบี (Put grease into the grease tank)
• ปิดล็อกฝาครอบถังอัดจาระบีให้เรียบร้อย (Close the cover completely)
• ติดตั้งเครื่องกรองไอน้ำปรับแรงดันเข้ากับทางเข้าลม  (Attach the air filter to the air inlet)
• ต่อสายลมเข้ากับตัวกรองไอน้ำ (Connect the air hose to air filter)
• ติดตั้งสายอัดจาระบีเข้ากับหัวอัดจาระบีพร้อมมือบีบ (Install the grease hose to the grease gun)

วิธีการไล่ลม (How to bleed)

• ให้เสียบตัวปั้มเข้ากับตัวถัง (Plug the pump into the tank.)
• เสียบสายลมเปิดวาล์วให้เครื่องทำงาน และคลายหัวไล่ลมที่ตัวปั้มดูจนกว่าจะมีจาระบี (Plug in the air hose, open the valve and loosen the bleeder head on the pump until there is grease.)

   

การบำรุงรักษา (Maintenance)

• ตรวจเช็คทำความสะอาด ระบายน้ำทิ้งจากปั้มลมเพื่อป้องกันน้ำเข้าปั้มซึ่งจะทำให้ปั้มเสียหาย
• Clean and check, drain the water from air compressor which will damage the pump. 

คำแนะนำ/ข้อควรระวัง (Suggestion/Caution)คำเตือน (Warning)

• ควรติดตั้งชุดกรองลมดักน้ำ เพื่อไม่ให้น้ำและความชื้นเข้าหัวปั๊มอัดจารบี และตั้งแรงดันลมไม่เกิน 8 บาร์ ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุหลักที่ทำให้หัวปั๊มได้รับความเสียหาย
• ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ ข้อต่อให้แน่ใจว่าไม่มีการรั่วซึม
• จารบีต้องไม่มีเศษหรือสิ่งสกปรก ซึ่งอาจทำให้ปั้มเสียหายได้
• Should install air filter in order to prevent water and moisture from entering the grease pump head. And set the air pressure not more than 8 bar, which is the main cause of the pump head being damaged.
• check the joints ensure there is no leakage.
• Grease must not contain debris or dirt which may cause damage to the pump 

คำเตือน (Warning)

• ไม่ใช้แรงดันลมเกินกว่าที่กำหนด 8 บาร์
• Do not exceed the maximum air pressure
