วิธีใช้

• ใช้มือที่สะอาด อ้อมผ่านด้านหลังศรีษะไปจับใบหูและดึงขึ้นเล็กน้อย

• สอด ที่อุดหูลดเสียง เข้าไปในช่องหูจนชั้นของปลั๊กลดเสียงเข้าไป 2 ชั้น ส่วนชั้นที่ 3 ให้ปิดอยู่นอกหู

Instruction

• With clean hand, reach over the head and pull top of ear upward

• With other hand grasp plug handle and gently push and rock into ear canal until a good seal is made

• ควรหลีกเลี่ยงใช้อุปกรณ์ลดเสียงที่มีค่าการเสียงไม่เหมาะสมกับระดับเสียงในสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน
